This place is always crowded on the weekend, so you'll wait for a table. The food is very good,ecletic and fresh , as are the margaritas. We recommend Adobe Blues for a good meal and laid back atmosphere.

Is, will and always has been a great restaurant and bar. I drive out here from the other side of the island for the food they serve. Lunch is always a pleasure, dinner with friends is a great experience. Thank you to the great management, servers and cooks!

Love Love Love the food, the atmosphere and everything in-between. The service is always top notch, our food is always prepared fresh and tastes delicious, it does not get any better on Staten Island than Adobe Blues. I love that the cuisine is a bit different from the ordinary Italian fare on Staten Island, this little twist makes it perfect and the beer selection lets us try something new every time.
Tacos, Burritos, Shrimp, Quesidillas, Tamalles have never tasted any better. I must say though it's not 100% authentic Mexican, but it is authentic Southwestern style tex, love going back to this place over and over and have been coming here for the past 5 years.

Has a very cozy atmosphere in the dining area. the cuisine is always good, no matter what the choice is.... the house margarita is awesome!!!!

My wife and I eat dinner here at least once a month. The food is great, the service is friendly, and the massive selection of beer can`t be beat. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they tend to run out of their specials too early. We`re not late eaters, and on the rare occasion that I`ve had their specials, they are very good.

Okay, I`m a bit torn. I like hanging out at Adobe Blues enough that I don`t want it to get too crowded. On the other hand, I want the place to continue do well. So, this will be a rare instance where my selfishness is overridden. I drink there more often than eat but that`s a reflection on my habits not the food. Plus there is a gigantic selection of good beer, plenty of whiskey and thankfully tequila. I have never had a bad meal at Adobe and usually the food is excellent. In particular the Meatloaf when on special and the Carne Adovado. As I said though pretty much everything is very good. The staff is excellent, and not just because they haven`t thrown me out yet. They know what they are doing, are familiar with the fare, and pay enough attention without hanging over you like the Grim Friggin Reaper. Plus they are all just plain cool folk. A pleasure to hang with. All in all, I probably spend more time there than is healthy. The prices are reasonable as well. Give it a try I doubt you will be disappointed.

Adobe Blues has become almost a religious experiance for my friends and I. We go there as often as we can. Every year without fail I celebrate my birthdy there and when friends visit the Staten Island area, I bring them here. The staff is great, the food is amazing and you could go for months without having the same beer twice if you sampled everything on their beer menu. Just go check them out, you will not be sorry.

I love this place! The atmosphere is wonderful and the food is even better! I have been going to Adobe Blues for years and have NEVER been dissapointed! I just had my 30th Bday dinner there and everyone had a great time. Thanks Adobe Blues for always being consistently excellent. See you on friday for dinner!

Great service, personable staff, terrific food and great entertainment. I`ve eaten there many times and have always enjoyed the food and the bands. The menu has a `specials` page that has seen changes recently, so there is usually something new to try if you don`t want the regular menu.

Adobe Blues has the best beer selection on the island, as well as great bartenders and servers. The food is great and reasonably priced.

The quality of food and presentation seems to have detoriated. I guess that they are doing the best they can in a tough environment. Service was great.

the beer selection is the best. the atmosphere is great, i just wish they were a little more creative with the menu. after a few times theres nothing left to try for a non-meat eater.
