hi went to this restaurant last evening [11/21/11 horrible experience server smelled like smoke food overcooked and cursing at the bar while people where watching the football game. asked server to ask manager to come over and after waiting 10 minutes or so the server said the manager was busy and would be right over when she was done. well after being there almost and hour no one came over.

Usually on point service, Drinks are always great. Not really a big fan of francises, but they seem to do it well and keep it within the neighborhood. That`s what it stands for Neighborhood Bar and Grill.
