we love it for tappas which after we order 5 or 6 is really a meal. Must have the lamb chops, and absolute must. The sangria is good, and the ambiance is interesting. Not sure what they are trying to create there but I like it- its eclectic with a Galatian overtone.

Beso was good. It was good food and decent drinks. I just feel like Beso is trying to be something that it's not. I dunno, if I want tapas, I'll come there. If I want spanish food, I'm going to Real Madrid. If I want sangria, I'm going to Mezcal's.
The tapas are well thought out and prepared adequately. Not terribly inventive, which is what I feel they're trying to be. Maybe that's where I find fault with Beso.
Beso is a great date restaurant on Staten Island. In Brooklyn or Manhattan, they would have shut down already.

The food and service is great. Have never had a mediocre meal here - it's always excellent. I prefer to go early to avoid the crowd & noise.

Ideal place for a romantic date. Wonderful ambiance and delicious food make it a perfect night out. Great variety of wine and beer.

This place is great. I`ve only had the Tapas, so I can`t speak for the entrees, but I`ve never been disappointed. The beer selection is great, too. It`s also so close to the ferry that it`s the perfect place to bring your Manhattan friends who are too scared to explore the rest of the island!

Have never had a bad meal at Beso. Always very yummy and the waitstaff is great
