I live about 5 blocks away from Cafe Luna, I have eaten there once. That should clearly explain why my review is only 1 start. The one time i was in there, I guess a friend of the owner was loud and obnoxious and drunk and just being loud and rude, cursing and treating a couple of single girls like pieces of meat with what he was saying. I had to go up to the guy to tell him to relax that I was having dinner with my wife and its in-appropriate. The owner tells me to sit down and enjoy my meal. Image that. I went back to my table, in the middle of the meal I took my wife and we walked out without paying the bill. I was appalled.
