I want to like this place I really do. They are always out of everything I want. I love malts and they advertise TRY OUR DELICIOUS SHAKES OR MALTS. They are always always always(three trips there) out of "malt". I have gone in the afternoon, evening and night on different occasions and they are always out of it.

Their cheeseburgers have too little cheese, I don't think im being picky but if I can see more of the top of the burger than cheese then there's a problem. They are always skimpy with their toppings.

Service is mediocre at best, I realize they are young kids but stop chatting and playing and bring me my food or drink. I am sitting there 5 minutes watching you hold and breathe on my soda.

Like: Not much

Dislike: Service/shabby food

I had a totally different experience here, than what the previous reviewer. I found the service very quick and friendly this past Sunday, and it looked like there were 2 birthday parties going on! I ordered the Cheeburger platter, which came with fries or rings, coleslaw or salad, and choice of dips. My "half-pounder" with blue cheese, Grey poupon, lettuce and tomatoes, was perfectly tasty! The menue was a bit confusing, but our waiter was perfectly fine with helping us out with it. I would definitely go back again!

I am a big burger eater, I love to try all the burger joints around. I have to say I was expecting somewhat decent service and unfotunatly i was disappointed. I ordered the pounder for the famous pounder challenge, the whole burger fell apart before i can enjoy my first bite, then my waitress, who was very unprofessional, and needed a breath mint, messed up all the toppings i wanted. When I asked to speak to a manager, a gentleman by the name of Alexi approached my table with the shake that I ordered. As I was sipping on my shake and speaking with Alexi, I noticed a hair in my shake. Alexi at that point didnt say a word and just walked away pretending he didnt see the hair unless he really didnt see it, but its just the point there was a hair floating in my shake. I speak for myself when I say I will never return to Cheeburger Cheeburger in Staten Island. Some pointers: Get clean cut servers on board, make sure they know what hygeine is, including dental, try not to shed into the shakes, and i dont know about you but i like my burger whole not like a sloppy joe. If i wanted a sloppy JOe I would go somewhere that I can order it, otherwise the atmosphere and music are great!!
