The staff at this restaurant are extremely RUDE. If I am a customer coming in to bring you business why would you treat me like trash. Just because I do not dress like the people eating at Cielo does not mean I do not have the funds. Never eat here, they judge you as soon as you walk through the door. Even the manager is a moron.

Everything was good until desert. We were given cheese cake with green mold and then the manager denied that it was green mold. We were told that it was a green ring on the cake. Let me ask everyone - Did you ever see a green ring on cheese cake? Now I have wonder if the rest of the food was spoiled or old. The manager to compensate our $200 tab - didn't charge for coffee. WOW!!

A bunch of teachers went to Cielo to celebrate our Graduation at 11:45 am, as we have for the past few years. There was ONLY one other table in the restaurant at the time. We went there because of their advertised Lunch Special for $10.95. No where on the sign does it say, "Limit 8 guests," and we have NEVER had a problem before, as we are always a large party. We went in and sat down, as a party of 13. When the menues arrived, there was no Lunch Special Menu. When we asked for the lunch specials menu, we were informed that we were too many people to enjoy the special. When we questioned this, he showed us the Lunch Special menu with TINY print on the bottom that stated Limit 8 guests. WHen we asked to sit at two seperate tables, they told us that we can have one party sit in the downstairs dining room and one sit in the upstairs dining room- a bit spiteful if you ask me. As a group of teachers celebrating this momentous occasion we didn't think it was appropriate to have to sit in 2 seperate dining rooms. They were shocked when we decided to get up and go to another restaurant, where we can celebrate together. The sign outside should say Limit 8 Guests if that is their policy, but NO WHERE did it say that. None of us will ever go to Cielo again!

Been there a few times food is great there lunch specials for 10.95 and dinner specials for 19.99 are a great deal with nice portion sizes. The upstairs room is gorgeous and the service and men that work there make you feel at home.

I love going to Cielo the food there is great service is wonderful.We enjoy ourselves there very much the atmosphere and people are very friendly.
