Delivery is very bad. They will tell you 45 minutes for delivery, but here it is 1-1/2 hours after I ordered and still no food. Have called twice and been given two different reasons why I still have no food.

Cheap Price means Stale Pizza. If you are not planning on eating within 15 minutes of picking up, then do not waste your time! The pizza dries out really quick, I picked up 2 lg pies over the weekend, got home, put it out on the table, the pizza by this time has already turned into cardboard.
Not sure how they plan to attract business to the Italian restaurant upstairs, but with quality of pizza being the way it is, I am very pessimistic of how the food is.

Boy where should i start. I guess ill start at the begining it took about a half hour to get a soda. We ordered T Bone steaks med/well they came to the table bleeding, I ordered garlic mash and got roasted potatos and then was told they didnt have anymore mash but nobody told me till it was at the table and i asked questions. My parter ordered a baked potato with sour cream but didnt get any sour cream or butter after about 20 min and three requests we were told there is no sour cream. Finally got my soda and It was diet so i went to the bar to get my own soda. Was not happy with the meal or the service so i decided to pay my bill and not tip. So went out to my car to have a cigarette before going home and the waiter finally decides to talk to me and says Hey buddy your forgot something and after a few choice words with him he decides to go back inside when we tell the host what happened she tells us that he is a fill in and she hopes we come back again soon it was definitly not worth the 89.82 we spent we would have been better going to burger king for a whopper. the only good thing about the meal was the free bread. If you want to go out for bread and butter you will have a great meal.

After looking forward to dining here (even after reading the less than stellar reviews), we were, unfortunately, a bit disappointed. We decided to "dine" downstairs in the pizzeria's restaurant room. Though it was not their fancier dining room, it was clean-looking & pleasant enough, the staff is cordial (I think our server was a promoted busman & he was very attentive & knew exactly when to clear plates - not too soon or too late - earned him a very nice tip). The prices are average (compared to Staten Island restaurants' predominantly over-priced menus), the food was ok but the wait for it overly long considering we didn't order anything fancy. The desserts were definately not worth the extremely long wait -- over-priced and burnt/stale-tasting. However, one bright spot - I know my ravioli, & theirs was Delicious!

This is very far from pizza, I can honestly make better pizza at home using regular bread and cheese! After picking up the pizza, we opened it up 30 minutes later and ready to eat. It was all dried up, it was large and different but it was so dry, that it was simply inedible.
We could not eat about 30% of each slice (The closest part to the crust) because it became non-chew able.
The pizza should last more than 30 minutes, I had times when I saved Lee's Pizza for hours and it was still delicious. So our 30 Minutes later should not be an excuse.
Will not be ordering this pie of .. anymore..
I rather pay triple for a pie than eat this.

Ordered the 18" cheese pie, it was absolutely delicious. Thin crust, a little fresh basil, a very flavorful sauce with substance (not your typical pizzeria sauce). You can taste all the flavors in this pizza. Plus, the deliveryman was prompt and very personable. Looking forward to dining in.

Wonderfully prepared 18" pie`s, thin crust. Was huge and tasted real well the entire week, Very nice workers/employees. Hope to see them last in this "Pizzeria Town"

when I first read about this new restaurant I was looking forward to having dinner here. Well I did tonight and what a disappointment. First the pizza restaurant needs better ventilation. Second although the wait staff are very nice the service was bad. I was there over one hour and still did not get the pizza I ordered and the restaurant was not that busy (this was Friday at 7pm). after over an hour I left without having my dinner. I left and went to have dinner at Bruno`s. I wasn`t the only frustrated patron. I hope it gets better.
