The food is without question, delicious! However it is quite pricey and the service is never great. The waitresses don't make you feel uncomfortable, more of a burden. And what's the deal with a credit card minimum? Money's money.

ok so the counter girl isn't the brightest.. it is worth all the effort in the world to spell my name 3 times, my address 2 times, my credit card 2 times (not including the call back to ask for the # again because the # she wrote down didnt go thru!)to get the most delicious pizza in NYC! I have tried many of the so-called best pizzas of NYC... in Manhattan, Brooklyn and in SI and have never been overly impressed till we moved to SI 2 1/2 years ago and tried Joe and Pats! They are a little pricier than your average pizzeria but the pizza is phenomenal! I had my friend over for dinenr one night (her father owns a pizzeria in Queens, which is very good!) and she NEVER eats anyone elses pizza. Well, she took one look at this pie and devoured a piece and made me swear to never tell her Dad that she LOVED this pizza. I love it with pepperoni but even the plain one is dream-worthy. Their pasta dishes are so-so except for the linguine with fresh clams and the Butternut Squash ravioli which are both outrageous! Their arugula salad is excellent and I really love their fried calamari and baked clams. My Husband LOVES the Angus Steak Wrap which is pretty darn yummy! I just love this place!

ok I can't disagree with the last post about the service being horrible there. But the food especially there thin crust pizza is the Best on Staten Island. I will give about 2 stars for Service and possibly 5 stars for food. I will go with 3 Stars overall, and if they improve there service just a bit and be more attentive then possibly in the future I will give five stars so good luck eating here if you are just stopping for dinner, but if you are coming to hang out for lunch enjoy the slice and then comlain.

clueless people working behind the counter, took forever to get my food and there was only one other table in the restaurant , would not lost me as a customer.
